When you become a paying member, we are legally obligated to keep your billing data for 10 years. We must store the user's location information due to VAT tax teritory within or outside the EU.
If you did not use our paid services, your account can be deleted completely including this data. - Location data, IP, region We are legally obligated to recognize, where each user is located, and then apply the corresponding VAT tax. We use a 3rd party service to detect your current location. We are required to store this data for 10 years.

We store only an annonymized part of the IP address. We are obligated to store this information for tax/VAT purposes.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on our site.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- In case of tax audit we may be required to disclose the location of our paying members. We have to provide at least two different pieces of information about the customer's location for the state authorities. For this reason, we ask you for a billing address, and we automatically detect the country from which you are registering. Additionally, we also store the first three numbers of your IP address that can be used to detect your location, but it is not enough to track your computer.

How do we protect visitor information?
- We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
- We do not use Malware Scanning.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
- We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
- All the transactions and communication with our servers is made via secure SSL protocol.
- We use a professional VPS hosting, where all the systems are kept up to date.
- We do not process, store or share identifiable credit card information. Payments are processed directly by Braintree system. We only store transaction information provided by Braintree, that may include last 4 digits of the credit card number and the credit card holder's name.
